Fall in Love with Superfab Digital

It all starts with an IDEA

The goal in design is to elicit a response and make people feel something.  That’s where Superfab Digital comes in. We boldly design for print and web, and skillfully craft innovative solutions specific to your needs. Meet the Team

Shirer Burkett has had the great pleasure of working on some snazzy campaigns and rockin’ projects over the years, with some down-right amazing and talented people.  She is a  veteran in advertising and marketing with 17 years of experience under her belt.  Shirer has traveled extensively and returned to the USA after a 9 year stint in London, England where she worked as a Creative Consultant in advertising, and as the Creative Director for Graphic and Web Design to the largest commercial radio group in the UK. She has a background in theater arts, experience in film production, event planning and production, a flair for fashion (however eclectic), and a high threshold for BS (having worked in the service industry).

Holistic brand engagement experiences, creative idea generation, considered design and individually crafted innovative solutions are what she’s about. She’d like to claim this focus has just come naturally (unfortunately this can be attributed to long hours of hard work, practical application, and of course research).

  • Shirer moonlights as a Radio Talk Show Host for iheart Radio on Saturday Mornings doing Swap and Shop right here in Somerset, Kentucky.
  • The Coyote Ugly in Manhattan’s East Village will always hold a special place in Shirer’s heart, as she bartended there while attending design courses at Pratt University.

Dennis started into computers in his youth on a Tandy TRS-80 computer programming in BASIC back in the early 80s. It was way back then that he decided “computers” would be what he does. After High School, Dennis was part of the startup of an early Internet company in Ohio. It was his first official website.

He then went into the US Defense sector working at Wright Patterson AFB for about 2 years and then made his way to Virginia where he worked with various agencies from 1999-2004 when he made his way back west to Kentucky to be closer to family.

Here in Somerset, Dennis worked for SAIC for a couple of years before going full freelance in 2010.  All through his career, Dennis has had an ever evolving web design/hosting infrastructure in place. At first for friends and family, it grew over time to include working with high profile attorneys to NYC fashion designers, churches to rock bands, up and coming models to a Pulitzer winning photographer.

Specialties: Intelligent full life cycle planning, server administration, web/database design, photo retouching & airbrushing with a knack for quickly figuring out terribly complex things in tough situations, occasionally dreaming about and solving coding problems while sleeping. 🙂

Now with over 20 years of work in technology he enjoys watching it continually evolve.

Who Dennis has done work for

Hogan & Hartson, The Shark Group, Council on Foundations, Fashion designers Shoshanna & Alice+Olivia, Nortel Gov’t Solutions, political candidates from local to federal level, SAIC, DHS, FEMA, US Army, USMC, U.S. NRC, IJIS Institute, DoD DLA, ARC of NoVA, numerous law offices, and many others.

I cannot say enough positive things about Shirer’s work. I had a rough design vision and she turned it to a reality far better than I could have imagined. And in addition to amazing design skills, her personality makes her a true joy to work with! Thanks Shirer!

Jessica Crockett

Vice President, Master Musicians Festival

Superfab Digital designed the absolute perfect logo for Lake Cumberland Chorus. I was asked to provide adjectives about what the logo was to project, and voila! There it was, is, and will be for some time to come. Perfection and more than affordable.

John Neikirk

Chorus Director, Lake Cumberland Chorus

Excellent to work with… Her designs are always SuperFab!
